Baking mix seeded bread with nuts, 475 g

1. place the MIschung in a bowl and pour 400 ml of cold water over it.
2 Stir briefly with a dough scraper or wooden spoon, leave to swell for 2-3 minutes and stir well again.
3 Shape the mixture into an oval loaf with wet hands and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Smooth the top of the loaf with water. Alternatively, place the dough in a well-greased loaf tin (25 x 10 cm).
4. place in the cold oven on the middle shelf, set the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat and bake for approx. 80 minutes (if the bread is placed in the preheated oven, the baking time is reduced by 5 minutes).
5 Allow to cool well before cutting.
