The special production process with bronze dies creates a pasta with a special texture and porous structure, allowing sauces to be optimally absorbed. Storage Instructions	Store in a dry place away from heat.
Usage Instructions	Place the linguine in plenty of boiling, salted water (1 liter of water per 100g of pasta) and cook for approx. 13 minutes until the linguine is "al dente". Stir occasionally. Drain and toss in a little butter or oil to taste. Ideal as a main course with pasta sauces or as a side dish with meat, fish and vegetables, for casseroles or pasta salad.
