The Brilliant Blond Hair Sealer leave-in serum from Balea PROFESSIONAL provides intensive special care for bleached and highlighted hair. The formula is ideal for various blonde techniques such as balayage, highlights and other coloring methods. The Blond-Reflex-System contained in the product has a preventative effect against split ends and minimizes brittle areas, regenerating and smoothing the hair lengths. Thanks to the combination of keratin and jojoba oil, the serum gives damaged hair long-lasting shine and permanently seals damaged structures.
